  The Hudson Bay lost its lights today in the afternoon and I could not buy the gifts I had for Christmas. This Hudson Bay unlike the one in Oshawa has a very well trained, respectful staff! The Hudson Bay in Oshawa us dirty, not organized! The Scarborough Hudson Bay is the cleanest, Very organized store! The store is disabled friendly!

  Mens department is horrible. Mislabeled brands, no service and mostly poor shopping experience. This review is two days after boxing day. I have always found what i am looking for at HBC but at this store it seemed like they didn't try to offer their products.

  I hope management sees this. I want to come in to a physical store and support local business. I pick up some socks and a couple shirts and I'm ready to go. It's Wednesday 7:30pm and I walked around for a literal 20 minutes trying to find a cashier who isn't pre-occupied with some kind of problem or that has a person who can help me. Perhaps have a dedicated customer service kiosk that only deals with returns, or a dedicated cashier open for purchases only? I put my items down and I'll buy the items online. The death of retail is here.

  Great shop! I took away a star because all doors in Fitting Room are always locked! and they keep the key with the cashier who are all the time with clients. It took us forever to get the key and enter the Fitting Room.

  Amazing store, especially with Sears gone. They are currently renovating and expanding their major home department. Great place to get your mattress, couch and major appliances. I've been a bay customer for over 30 years. This location is my favorite.
